We went and visited this idyllic fish farm a few weeks ago.
Nate has been super excited about doing only a few things with Brig so far.
Okay he's been super excited about doing only one thing.
Going to the fish farm.
Really?
yup.
Every since he heard about Smith's Fish Farm it has been numero uno on the family list of to do's.
So this last Saturday when he finally cashed in his "Saturday of you choice" coupon I had given him for his birthday (last time I do that...) , we headed for Ida Clayton Road.
Waiting....
Brig's response was just what it should be when a slimy thing is jumping around in your face.
Best thing ever about parenting?
Getting to show your kids their "firsts".
if "slimy,squirmy fish" had a facial expression.... this would be it.
he rode around with his momma too.
poor face... periorificial dermatitis sucks. But it's starting to clear up now...

Ew... did you know you have to take the hooks out of the fish and kill them when you catch them?
It was quite a fun little family day.
