What an incredible grandpa I got marrying into the Clark's. His 89th birthday is the 13th so while the family was in town for the annual Lagoon weekend they decided to have a tribute dinner to Cliffton C Clark. It was SO nice. This man is so incredible. He has blessed Nate and my life so much. I've only known him a short year but I have such admiration and reverence for him. He has a hilarious dry humor and some of Nate's greatest attributes come from his grandpa Cliff's example. We love you grandpa, thank you for letting us spend the evening recognizing you!
We had the dinner at Little America ( it's one of Cliff's favorite places to eat)

While we ate we did a bit of a program: Greg was the MC, each member of JayDee Clark children and spouses said a few words, Cassidy sang the song from Casablanca, Janie and Sicily put together a photo slide show of pictures with grandpa, and the finale was the photo video of Margaret Clark made after she passed away. Almost every time you visit Cliff you'll watch the video of his prized wife. He knows the video so well he sings along with all the songs.
And this is Mike and Crew. They recited short poems of gratitude for Cliff they we so cute!
